Job summary

Ben is seeking a Head of AI Operations to own the company’s applied AI transformation across customer operations, finance, people and commercial. You will redesign workflows, implement end-to-end systems, and work directly with the founders with budget and authority to scale the business on a new operating system.

The role demands high-growth SaaS leadership, deep AI fluency, and the ability to influence across the C-suite while delivering tangible productivity gains and compliance alignment.

Qualifications

• High-growth B2B SaaS leadership experience with proven change outcomes.
• Strong systems thinker able to see cross-functional impact.
• Deep practical AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tooling.
• Executive-level influence across IC to C-suite.
• Willingness to lead hands-on transition and build repeatable systems.
• Ability to coach, co-build, push or escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Applied AI transformation across Ben’s functions and workflows.
• Design and stand up end-to-end systems to automate and scale operations.
• Define and govern AI standards, guardrails and evaluation methods.
• Drive adoption and ensure AI-native operations across every function.
• Collaborate with founders to shape strategic AI direction and execution.
