Job summary

83zero Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to redesign how the business operates using AI, automation, data and modern technology. You will embed with teams across Finance, People, Sales, Customer and Operations, understand how work gets done and design and build better ways of working.

You’ll own problems end-to-end: Discover, Design, Build, Deploy, Measure and Scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or building production technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, APIs and integrations.
• Experience working with SaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to AI, LLMs or intelligent automation.
• Coding capability with low-code/no-code technologies.
• Understanding of security, permissions, governance and production reliability.
• Ability to translate an ambiguous business problem into a practical technology solution.
• Strong communication skills from frontline users to executive leadership.

• Work closely with operational teams and senior leadership to drive adoption.

• Build reusable solutions, documentation and operating standards that can scale across the business.

AI Transformation Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to help redesign how a growing organisation operates using AI, automation, data and modern technology.

This isn't a traditional Business Analyst, Consultancy or internal IT role. You'll embed directly with teams across Finance, People, Sales, Customer and Operations, understand how work really gets done, identify friction and then design and build better ways of working.

Ideally you'll bring:

• Experience improving business processes across areas such as Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, People or enterprise systems.
• The ability to take an ambiguous business problem and turn it into a practical technology solution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work from frontline users through to executive leadership.
