Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

This is an opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Previously an agency recruiter in the Tech space, I find this business exciting, and I believe anyone in this market would too.

You will work with clients who are the best in DeepTech, including companies like:

• LLM/TTS startups valued over $3 billion, partnered since 5 months old
• AI App-Builder, growing from $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days

This role is a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

The company has more job openings than staff to fill them, seeking top recruiters to place candidates with top DeepTech firms worldwide.

Role logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day depending on the individual)
• Competitive base salary (discussed DOE)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K
