Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but lots of WFH flexibility.

This is an opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Join an agency with an impressive global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and be excited about working in this market.

You will be working with clients who are the best in DeepTech, including companies with multi-billion dollar valuations and rapid growth.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, with high demand for top recruiters to place candidates in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Role logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible based on individual).
• Strong base salary (discussed based on experience).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with high earning potential given average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
