Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and a passion for the AI industry.

The role involves working with exclusive clients in the DeepTech sector, placing top talent across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Key logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible depending on individual).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K, and record fees up to £240K.
