Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

This is an opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Join an established agency with an impressive global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

Previously worked in Tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, I find this business highly exciting and believe others in the market will too.

You will work with top-tier clients in the DeepTech industry, including companies like:

• A startup developing LLM/TTS technology, valued over $3 billion.
• An AI application builder achieving $30 million ARR in under 120 days.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, with a focus on placing candidates in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning sectors.

The company faces high demand and needs top recruiters to fill numerous roles in leading DeepTech firms.

Role logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days per week in their Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day).
• Competitive base salary (discussed based on experience).
• No desk or threshold fees.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
