Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with lots of WFH flexibility.

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and be excited about working in this market.

The role is a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent in DeepTech companies specializing in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with high earning potential based on fees ranging from £40K-£60K, and record fees up to £240K.
