Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

This is an opportunity to recruit the 1% of AI for the world's leading DeepTechs.

Join an incredible agency with one of the most impressive global client bases in the DeepTech, AI & Hedge Fund landscape.

Before R2R, I was an agency recruiter for 4 years in the Tech space, targeting Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and I was personally excited by this business, so I believe anyone in this market would be too.

You’ll be working with clients who are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of DeepTech! Examples include: a company worth >$3bil, and a startup that went from $0 to $30mil ARR in under 120 days, among others.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, but their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle the workload. They are looking for top recruiters to connect with the world's most impressive DeepTech companies to place the TOP 1% across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Role logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be 1 depending on the individual).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starts at 25% flat, tiered up to 55%. Earnings potential is high, with an average fee of £40K-60K, and the highest on record being £240K!
