Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

Join an agency with an impressive global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

With a background in agency recruitment within the Tech space, especially Robotics & Autonomous Systems, you'll be excited to work with clients who are pioneering innovations like LLMs, TTS, and AI applications that have achieved multi-billion-dollar valuations or rapid growth.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top-tier talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning sectors.

Key logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day based on the individual).
• Competitive base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with high earning potential given the average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
