Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with significant WFH flexibility.

This role offers the opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for leading DeepTech companies.

Join an esteemed agency with an impressive global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

With a background in agency recruiting within Tech, the recruiter will be excited about working with clients in Robotics & Autonomous Systems and other cutting-edge areas.

The role involves working with exclusive clients in the DeepTech sector, including startups and established companies with significant valuations and revenues.

The position is primarily a 360 recruitment role, with high demand and a shortage of staff to meet client needs. The recruiter will focus on placing top talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Logistics include:

• Approximately 2 days per week in the Canary Wharf office (flexible).
• Competitive base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-60K and record placements of £240K.
