Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

The role involves working with exclusive clients in the DeepTech sector, including startups and established companies, to place top-tier AI professionals in roles across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Despite being a 360 recruitment role, the main challenge is the high demand for staff, providing excellent placement opportunities.

Role logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible based on individual).
• Competitive base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
