Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Previous experience in tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, is a plus. The company works exclusively with top-tier DeepTech clients, including startups and established companies.

The role involves recruiting for areas such as Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Logistics of the role include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible).
• Strong base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, tiering up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-60K, and record fees up to £240K.
