Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

This is an opportunity to recruit in the top 1% of AI talent for leading DeepTech companies.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the tech recruitment space, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and be excited about working with top-tier clients.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, with a focus on placing candidates in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning sectors.

Logistics include:

• 2 days in Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day based on individual).
• Competitive base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
