Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with lots of WFH flexibility.

This is an opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Having previously worked as an agency recruiter in Tech, I find this business very exciting, especially for those in the market.

You will be working with clients who are the leaders in DeepTech, such as:

• LLM/TTS startups valued over $3 billion
• AI App-Builder achieving $30 million ARR in 120 days

The role is a 360 recruitment position, but their main challenge is the lack of staff to handle their volume of job openings. They seek top recruiters to place candidates in:

• Robotics
• Computer Vision
• GenAI
• Machine Learning
• Deep Learning
• Reinforcement Learning

Logistics include:

• Ideally 2 days in Canary Wharf office (possibly 1 depending on the individual)
• Strong base salary (DOE)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%
