Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and a passion for the DeepTech industry.

You will be working with clients who are exclusively retained by the agency, including companies like:

• LLM/TTS startups valued over $3 billion
• AI App-Builder with $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and related fields.

Logistics of the role include:

• 2 days in Canary Wharf office (flexible to 1 day)
• Competitive base salary (DOE)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%
• Average deal size £40K-60K, with record deals up to £240K
