Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

This is an opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

With prior agency recruiting experience in the Tech space, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, you'll find this role exciting and rewarding.

You’ll be working with clients who are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech world! Examples include: a company valued over $3 billion, and an AI App-Builder achieving $30 million ARR in under 120 days, among others.

The role is a 360 recruitment position, with a focus on placing top talent across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Logistics of the role include:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be 1 depending on individual).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and the highest on record at £240K.
