The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, with a strong focus on placing candidates in high-profile projects such as:

• LLM/TTS technology, valued at over $3 billion.
• AI Application Builders, reaching $30 million ARR in under 120 days.

The company is experiencing high demand and is seeking top recruiters to help place the best talent in the most innovative tech companies globally.

Logistics of the role include:

• Approximately 2 days per week in their Canary Wharf office (flexible based on individual).
• Competitive base salary (discussed based on experience).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure from 25% flat, tiering up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
