Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

This is an opportunity to recruit the top 1% of AI talent for the world's leading DeepTech companies.

Join an agency with an impressive global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and an interest in the DeepTech market.

They are exclusively retained by top-tier clients, including startups and established companies, working on high-profile AI projects.

The role is a 360 recruitment position, with a focus on placing candidates in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning roles.

Logistics of the role:

• Ideally 2 days per week in their Canary Wharf office (flexible depending on the individual).
• Competitive base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record placements up to £240K.
