easyJet holidays is seeking an AI Learning & Capability Manager to design and deliver our AI and digital fluency learning strategy. Based in the UK, the role blends on-site and remote work within a hybrid model, shaping how staff acquire AI literacy and responsible usage across the business.

• Proven experience translating enterprise learning strategies into blended curricula.
• Strong grasp of AI concepts and ability to explain to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborates across HR, Tech, Change, Data and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI learning roadmap and translate priorities into structured pathways.
• Build a connected AI learning ecosystem with modules, simulations and workshops.
• Support internal AI Champions network and scalable knowledge sharing.
• Embed Responsible AI usage with safety guardrails and human judgement.
• Track impact with data to close delivery gaps as practices evolve.
