easyJet holidays seeks an AI Learning & Capability Manager to shape AI literacy and digital fluency across the business. This 12-month FTC is based in Luton with a hybrid working pattern.

• Proven experience translating enterprise learning strategies into practical, blended curricula.
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the AI Learning Roadmap by turning business priorities into structured learning pathways.
• Design a connected AI learning ecosystem with modules, simulations, toolkits, and workshops.
• Empower an internal AI Champions network and scale knowledge across the business.
• Embed responsible AI usage with collaboration across Technology, Security, Legal and Risk teams.
• Track impact and continuously improve delivery using data.
