Job summary

easyJet seeks an AI Learning & Capability Manager to build and deliver the learning and capability approach for AI and Digital Fluency across the business. You will translate high-level strategy into practical, scalable learning solutions and deliver them through blended learning experiences, simulations, toolkits, and workshops.

Based in Luton with a hybrid model (3 on-site days, 40 hours/week), you will develop baseline AI literacy and specialist pathways for People Managers, AI Champions, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating large-scale enterprise learning strategies into practical, blended curriculum design and capability frameworks.
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI and emerging technologies to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills with HR, Tech, Change, Data and external providers.
• Hands-on facilitation of learning sessions and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Focused on measurable capability outcomes and managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the AI Learning Roadmap by turning business priorities into learning pathways and delivery plans across tiers.
• Design a connected AI learning ecosystem with blended modules, simulations, toolkits and workshops.
• Establish and support an internal 'AI Champions' peer-network with scalable resources.
• Embed responsible AI usage with Security, Legal, Risk to weave guardrails into the curriculum.
• Track impact using data to close delivery gaps as practices evolve.
