Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking an AI Value & Impact Lead to build the company’s trusted value framework and own the ROI narrative for Enterprise AI. You’ll enable product teams, Finance, and leadership with data-driven evidence to guide investments and optimisations.

Initially hands-on, you will design frameworks, automate measurement systems, and communicate how AI enhances efficiency and profitability across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting, economics, corporate finance, or product analytics.
• Economic rigour with experience building models, handling scenarios, and navigating uncertainty.
• Data science capabilities to design fair tests, spot vanity metrics, and build automated data flows using SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Find and Capture Value: Spot where AI creates value and design automated systems to capture it.
• Measure the Impact: Design experiments, A/B tests, and control groups; build dashboards to track time saved, error reduction, and revenue uplift.
• Model the Economics: Build economic models to test impact under adoption rates and costs; reconcile productivity gains with P&L impact.
• Tell the Strategic Story: Build enterprise‑wide investment story for executives and set business‑case standards for new AI initiatives.
