Peaple Talent Ltd is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to help a leading professional services firm explore how AI can transform how people work, collaborate and deliver results.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with multiple teams to identify opportunities, design practical learning resources, and help colleagues adopt smarter ways of working while ensuring responsible AI use and data privacy awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Exploring how people work today, identifying processes where AI and automation could make a real difference.
• Working with colleagues across different teams to understand challenges and discover opportunities to improve workflows.
• Designing practical toolkits, guidance, workshops and learning resources that help people use AI effectively.
• Helping teams experiment with AI tools, develop use cases and discover new ways to improve productivity.
• Making complex technology easy to understand for people with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Supporting the responsible use of AI, ensuring colleagues understand data privacy, risk and the importance of checking AI-generated outputs.
• Gathering feedback and measuring adoption to continually improve how AI is embedded across the business.
