easyJet is seeking an AI Learning & Capability Manager to design, deliver and scale our learning approach for AI and digital fluency across the business. Translate strategic vision into practical, scalable solutions and build a workforce confident in using AI responsibly.

Based in Luton with hybrid working, the role focuses on baseline literacy to deep-dive pathways for managers, AI champions, and solution leads, driving measurable capability uplift while partnering with Tech, Security and HR.

Qualificações

• Experience translating large-scale enterprise learning strategies into practical, blended curriculum design and capability frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging tech, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven collaboration skills across HR, Tech, Change, Data and external providers.
• Excellent communication for hands-on sessions and senior stakeholder updates.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and focused on measurable capability outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the AI Learning Roadmap by turning business priorities into structured learning paths.
• Design a connected AI learning ecosystem with blended modules, simulations, toolkits and workshops.
• Build and support an internal 'AI Champions' network to scale knowledge.
• Embed safe, responsible AI usage with Technology, Security, Legal and Risk teams.
• Track participation and impact, using data to continuously improve delivery.
