We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to lead the deployment of cutting‑edge AI solutions across a broad range of clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and Retail industries. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, with a proven track record of managing technology deployments and delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior client leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that the deployment team meets the established goals and objectives, and helping each client prepare for and manage the necessary change within their organization to deliver the expected business value. You will need a deep understanding of the AI solutions you’re deploying and the unique aspects of the client’s industry and organization to ensure a successful deployment.
