Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect and scale our AI enablement strategy across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform. You will build foundational AI tooling, governance, and production-grade frameworks to empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely and rapidly.

You will lead the creation of agentic workflows, data pipelines, and a standardized AI stack while driving cross-functional adoption, cost awareness, and measurable business impact on AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Python or Go, semantic search and vector DBs.
• Proven ability to build scalable AI-powered features in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and central API gateways.
• Embed production-ready generative AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for AI models.
• Monitor cloud spend, token management, and latency for AI features.
• Lead workshops and documentation to upskill engineering teams on AI.
• Drive PoC to production with scalable, production-grade code.
• Define the official AI stack and tooling standards for the organization.
• Evaluate partnerships with AI model providers and open-source models.
• Define and track metrics for AI enablement impact.
