Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end‑to‑end within a fast‑growing data intelligence platform. You will build foundational AI tooling, orchestration layers, and governance to enable product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely and rapidly at scale.

You will democratize AI, establish LLMOps practices, and drive production‑grade PoCs through to production, including data pipelines and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML background with enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Strong Python or Go and hands-on LLM/Ops experience.
• Ability to architect scalable AI enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own AI enablement strategy end-to-end.
• Design core AI tooling, API gateways, and reusable frameworks.
• Embed AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish LLMOps governance, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Optimize costs and latency for production AI features.
• Lead upskilling and cross-functional workshops.
