Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect and own the AI enablement strategy across our Data Intelligence Platform. You will build practical tooling, pipelines, and governance to deploy AI safely at scale.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, establish LLMOps practices, and drive PoC to production, enabling product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features quickly. This role offers remote or hybrid work, a competitive package, and the chance to influence AI engineering

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go and modern AI tooling.
• Proven ability to build scalable AI-powered features in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks.
• Embed AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform with production-grade code.
• Establish LLMOps governance, evaluation, and security across AI implementations.
• Optimize cloud costs and latency for AI features.
• Lead upskilling and cross-functional workshops for engineers.
