Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a Learning Designer – Institutional Solutions to shape the design and delivery of professional education across our growing B2B portfolio. You will work on digital, live, and AI-enabled formats, establishing standards and scalable approaches to learning design.

The role involves collaborating with SMEs, technology colleagues, and external partners to translate complex content into engaging educational experiences that meet institutional client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering engaging digital learning products for professional education or enterprise learning.
• Experience leading online learning design projects (MOOCs, executive education, B2B).
• Qualification in instructional design, learning science, education, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shape the learning design approach across the Institutional Solutions portfolio with consistent methodologies and quality standards.
• Own governance and quality assurance for educational products across formats and audiences.
• Design and develop interactive digital learning products and live learning experiences using evidence-based principles.
