Instinct Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Learning Design Specialist to own the learning design workstream for an AI Accelerator initiative. You will curate content, identify gaps, and shape a scalable AI learning ecosystem across the organisation, bringing together resources, experts and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with AI SMEs to translate complex AI, data and digital concepts into practical, learner-centred experiences, applying UX thinking to SharePoint and LMS

Qualifications

• Senior or autonomous role in learning design.
• Experience designing learning ecosystems or pathways.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI/digital concepts into learning experiences.
• Experience with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UX in digital learning platforms (SharePoint/LMS).
• Experience in a large matrix organisation (consulting, professional services or corporate).
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, data or digital capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools to support learning design and content development.

Responsabilités

• Own the learning design workstream for AI Accelerator initiative.
• Design the overarching AI learning ecosystem and personalised learner journeys.
• Identify learning gaps and develop new content where resources are lacking.
• Collaborate with AI SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into learning experiences.
• Apply user-centred design to create intuitive experiences across digital platforms (SharePoint and LMS).
• Establish scalable learning design standards, processes and frameworks.
• Demonstrate experience as Learning Designer or related role.
• Work in a large, matrix organisation, ideally in consulting or corporate environment.
