Job summary

PAIR is seeking an AI Learning Designer in London to craft scripts for AI-powered masterclass lessons and improve AI-marked assessments. You will shape what learners do, how they are assessed, and how outcomes are measured, collaborating with an AI Learning Writer across ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot providers.

You’ll own assignment quality, author provider course scripts, manage content updates in our CMS, and ensure alignment of learning objectives with business needs.

Qualifications

• Outcomes-focused approach with rigorous measurement.
• Clear writing that explains technical ideas simply.
• Experience with content management and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality standards for assignments and redesign prompts and marking criteria.
• Write scripts and demonstrations for provider courses and test updates.
• Publish and maintain content in the CMS and improve tooling.
• Keep learning objectives aligned with provider goals.
• Analyze data to judge effectiveness of assignments and outcomes.
