You will influence senior stakeholders, ensure high-quality output, and embed responsible AI governance while driving measurable behaviour change across diverse audiences and topics.

Qualifications

• Significant instructional and digital learning design experience with diverse audiences.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools strategically within learning design workflows.
• Advanced experience with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Gomo).
• Ability to lead complex learning projects balancing quality, pace and impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior audiences.
• Experience setting design standards, frameworks, or methodologies for consistency and scalability.
• Ability to connect learning content to competencies, success measures, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of engaging, outcomes-focused digital learning experiences for diverse stakeholders.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear learner journeys aligned to competencies.
• Define and embed responsible use of generative AI in learning content creation and governance.
• Oversee the build of high-quality digital learning using industry tools beyond templates.
• Maintain and improve digital learning programmes to stay engaging, compliant, and impactful.
• Lead development of interactive formats like scenarios and simulations to deepen application.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose issues and shape scalable learning solutions.
• Use learner data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and demonstrate impact.
• Track AI-enabled learning trends and contribute to the learning design roadmap.
