Qualifications

• Significant instructional and digital learning design experience for diverse audiences.
• Proven use of generative AI tools within learning design workflows with risk management.
• Advanced experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Gomo or equivalent).
• Ability to lead complex learning projects balancing quality, pace and impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of engaging, outcomes-focused digital learning experiences for diverse stakeholders.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear learner journeys linked to competencies.
• Define and embed responsible use of generative AI in learning content creation.
• Establish quality standards, governance, and brand alignment for AI-generated content.
• Oversee high-quality digital learning production with standard and advanced formats.
• Support and improve mandatory digital learning programmes for compliance and impact.
• Lead interactive formats like scenarios and simulations to deepen application.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose needs and shape briefs.
