Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in education, business/marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in instructional design, curriculum development and adult learning.
• Strong understanding of learning and performance needs analysis.
• Proficient in designing user-centred blended curricula and instructional strategies.
• Experience designing assessments using formative and summative evaluation.
• Familiar with Generative AI tools for content creation and enhancement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ACTA/ACLP certification required.
• DACE/DDDLP certification preferred.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Learning and Performance Needs Analysis: Collaborate with intended learners and key stakeholders to conduct thorough learning and performance needs analyses.
• Curriculum Design: Develop user-centred, blended curriculum that aligns with authentic learning and performance needs.
• Instructional Strategy Development: Design future-oriented instructional strategies and implement pedagogical approaches.
• Learning Resource Development: Develop learning resources including multimedia elements and interactive modules.
• Assessment Design: Design and develop assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Reflexive Disposition: Stay informed about trends and best practices in instructional design.
• Generative AI Adoption: Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance curriculum and content development.
