Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult digital learning products such as online courses or executive education.
• Strong grounding in instructional design, learning science, and adult learning principles.
• Experience using content authoring tools and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital learning experiences across online platforms and programmes for global markets and languages.
• Work with the localization workstream to localize content into learner-centred experiences.
• Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based design principles in course development.
• Develop learner journeys, personas, and prototypes using research and data insights.
• Use learning analytics to assess engagement and improve learning outcomes.
