Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in London is seeking a Workforce Transformation Senior Analyst to shape and deliver strategies, technology solutions and communications that help organisations navigate the evolving world of work.

You’ll partner with senior colleagues to engage employees, draft AI-assisted communications, and work with designers and partners to produce clear, impactful content and measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal and/or external communications.
• Agency or consulting experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency, AI Workforce Transformation, salary/benefits design, pensions, and/or organisation change is a bonus.
• Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology, and ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with little supervision.
• Experience working with designers, agencies or other creative partners.
• Experience working in teams to deliver objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees preferable.
• London-based role with 2 days/week in London or Reigate office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pair with senior colleagues to design and deliver employee engagement solutions.
• Draft accurate communications supported by AI, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies and other partners on the look and feel of communications.
• Support project management, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.
• Leverage Employee Experience insights to deliver measurable client results.
• Present deliverables at client meetings and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Contribute to intellectual capital with new tools and approaches.
• Identify opportunities to expand technical knowledge across industries.
