Job summary

Accenture in London seeks a results-driven leader to shape how process transformation work gets done across client industries. You will set the methodology, guide quality, and ensure engagements draw on deep domain expertise and the right delivery standards.

You will mentor senior specialists, coach teams on human+AI agent experience design, and connect with technology and delivery partners to ensure seamless process design and platform integration across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one domain with transformation context.
• Experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record building and scaling AI-enabled solutions in client work.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working for the full workstream using AI tools and agents.
• Define the process redesign standard for your industry or function and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine the client facilitation approach: discovery workshop methodology, recommendation presentations, and approval governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology applied by the team.
• Determine how domain expertise and functional playbook methodology are applied across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities — discovery workshops, presentations, and relationship management.
• Approve final process designs before client delivery.
• Coach direct reports on process redesign and senior leadership presentation; connect with technology and delivery partners.
• Define how AX Design is embedded in the team's domain methodology and AI agent experiences are specified, reviewed, and validated across engagements.
