Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a senior AI Platform Leader to own the design, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI platforms. You will collaborate with Architecture, Information Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to implement secure, measurable AI solutions with scalable operations.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and production readiness, with a hybrid work pattern from the UK/US and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Deep specialist knowledge of generative AI and agentic systems.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents on enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on with APIs for large language models and tools.
• Familiarity with governance, security, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shape design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise AI platforms.
• Establish deployment methodologies for production-grade AI solutions across platforms.
• Embed governance, security, and responsible AI by design with cross-functional teams.
• Define AI operations (AIOps) practices including monitoring, observability, and capacity planning.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analyses for production AI issues.
