Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Workforce Transformation Senior Analyst in London to shape and deliver innovative strategies, technology solutions and communications for the changing world of work. You’ll address employee engagement challenges, enable AI-enabled communications, and contribute to high-impact people solutions with cross-disciplinary teams.

You’ll collaborate with senior colleagues, draft AI-supported content, and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes while growing

Qualifications

• Experience in internal and/or external communications.
• Agency or consulting background is a bonus.
• Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency, AI workforce topics and benefits is helpful.
• Strong grasp of current communications, marketing and technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior colleagues to design and deliver employee engagement solutions.
• Draft accurate communications supported by AI; translate complex concepts clearly.
• Coordinate with in-house designers and external partners on look and feel of communications.
• Support day-to-day project management; liaise with clients and providers to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Translate EX insights into measurable client outcomes and business impact.
• Present deliverables at client meetings and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Contribute to intellectual capital with new tools and approaches for EX.
• Develop technical knowledge across industries and human capital areas.
