Job summary

WTW is seeking a Workforce Transformation Senior Analyst to shape and deliver innovative communication strategies and technology solutions for Employee Experience. You will work with senior colleagues to engage employees, explain pay transparency changes, and explore AI-enabled communications across multiple channels.

The role is London-based with 2 days per week in the London or Reigate office, travel as needed, and a strong emphasis on collaboration with in-house and external creative

Qualifications

• Experience in internal and external communications.
• Agency or consulting experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency and AI Workforce Transformation is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees preferable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior colleagues to design and deliver employee communications.
• Draft accurate communications supported by AI and translate complex concepts clearly.
• Work with designers and partners to develop the look and feel of communications.
• Support project management, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.
