Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Communications and Engagement Analyst in London to drive employee-focused communications across rewards, benefits, wellbeing, and transformation programmes. You will translate complex ideas into clear content, collaborate with designers and agencies, and support project teams to deliver high-quality work.

The role emphasizes creativity, strong writing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with hybrid working and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills with creativity and technical expertise.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work with little supervision.
Experience with agencies or in-house design teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of HR, benefits, pensions, rewards, and change management trends.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver Communications & Engagement solutions that engage employees and pension scheme members.
Draft communications across mixed media channels, translating complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Collaborate with designers, agencies and partners to shape the look and feel of communications.
Support day-to-day project management, ensuring data/materials are accurate and deadlines met.
Use insights to deliver measurable client results and build trusted advisor relationships.
