Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a User Researcher to ensure user voices and needs influence services within the DCX practice. You will lead research across AI-enabled strategies, collaborating with clients, product teams, designers, and researchers to plan and execute high-impact studies.

Qualifications

Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards and design principles.
Leads user research using qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods and knows when to apply them.
Experience across discovery to delivery stages of a product or service.
Strong storytelling, communication and facilitation for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead research for the team, choosing methodologies and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, PMs, designers, developers and other researchers to plan high-impact studies.
Create better, AI-enabled products that are ethical, inclusive and user-centric.
Plan and run traditional and AI-enhanced studies, including remote and in-person methods.
Incorporate surveys to identify insights; work with analytics and AI tools to scale findings.
Present findings and help the team apply evidence to design decisions.
