Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a User Researcher to join our Digital Factory community. You will lead user research across projects, planning qualitative and quantitative studies, and guiding teams with evidence-based design decisions.

The role requires collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers, and may involve travel to client sites. You will contribute to embedding best practices in user research and strive to improve accessibility and the end-to-end user experience in both

Qualifications

• Experience leading user research for digital products or services.
• Ability to plan and run qualitative studies (interviews, diary studies, usability tests).
• Experience using quantitative surveys and analytics to complement qualitative insights.

Responsibilities
