Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Technical Content team, responsible for Anapedia, Planual, and localization. You will guide the group, set vision, and partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and Support to keep pace with new releases and capabilities.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on contribution, mentoring sub-team leads and writers while driving content quality and operational excellence in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a mid-size team (roughly 15–25 people) and building second-line leadership.
• Experience scaling technical content operations across documentation, knowledge bases, or similar at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies applied to content creation, editing, quality assurance, or localization.
• Solid working knowledge of modern content management systems and documentation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and strategy for Anaplan's technical content, spanning Anapedia, Planual, documentation for applications, and localization.
• Lead a two-sub-team organization and develop strong leadership while maintaining hands-on guidance.
• Challenge existing processes and drive modernization with new tools and workflows.
• Scale content creation and localization using AI-powered tools to improve velocity and quality.
• Modernise the content stack by selecting and evolving CMS and tooling.
