Job summary

Anaplan Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead its Technical Content team, responsible for Anapedia, Planual, and localization.

You will manage roughly 18 people across three sub-teams, setting direction, elevating standards, and applying AI to scale content creation and translation. The role requires hands‑on leadership, a strong change‑oriented mindset, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, UX and Support to keep pace with releases and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a mid-size content team (15–25 people).
• Track record scaling technical content operations at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on with AI tools for content creation, review and localisation.
• Familiar with modern content management systems and tooling.
• Bias toward challenging processes while protecting quality and trust.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and translate vision into a prioritized roadmap for Anaplan’s technical content.
• Lead a ~15‑person organization across two sub-teams with strong second‑line leadership.
• Challenge established processes and introduce improved ones, disrupting old habits when needed.
• Scale content creation and localisation using AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Modernize the content stack and select fit‑for‑purpose platforms.
• Contribute hands‑on to complex content while guiding sub‑team leads and writers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX and Support to align with releases and roadmap.
• Oversee localisation roadmap and operating model across languages and markets.
• Define and track metrics for content quality, coverage, freshness and efficiency.
