Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join the Customer Solutions Team. You will engage directly with customers as a trusted advisor, shaping value across the sales cycle and collaborating with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer needs drive AI-powered solutions.

Lead technical discovery, design tailored POCs, and manage RFPs while communicating complex value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Strong ability to articulate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with POCs, RFPs and security questions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs and map them to Fin solutions.
• Deliver a compelling pre-sales experience by communicating Fin's value and technical depth.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs to showcase Fin capabilities.
• Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and security questions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps.
• Build trust with customers through empathy and curiosity.
• Improve Solutions Engineering processes and contribute to best-in-class playbooks.
• Drive customer success and lasting value, with occasional travel.
