Qualifications

• 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and development; consulting background preferred.
• Large-scale implementation experience in fast-changing environments.
• Experience in Agentforce and Data 360.
• Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• Apply AI capabilities to automation, analytics and workflows across Salesforce.
• Lead Salesforce architecture for core implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex concepts into clear designs for stakeholders and developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Sales Ops and other architects to ensure cohesive delivery.
