Job summary

Salesforce is seeking multiple Solution Architects to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. You will lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements, partnering with clients and teammates to drive the vision and deliver key outcomes.

As a hands-on advisor, you’ll leverage architecture experience, Salesforce product knowledge, and strong communication to remove roadblocks and achieve customer value. A global mindset and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing detailed user stories.
• Ability to produce business process designs with UML and sequence diagrams.
• Strong presentation, communication, and rapid learning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying new technologies that drive value.
• Lead communication across levels of a client organization.
