Job summary

Globalpayer seeks a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead design and delivery of strategic Salesforce initiatives, starting with transforming the CDD lifecycle. The role emphasizes AI integration, thought leadership, and cross-functional enablement, across all Salesforce domains.

You will architect scalable Salesforce solutions, apply AI capabilities to automation and analytics, and deputise for directors when representing the Salesforce function in executive forums.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and development, with fintech or financial services experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex Salesforce concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• Apply AI to automate, analyze, and create intelligent workflows.
• Lead architecture for core implementation and transformation initiatives (Agentforce, Data 360, LWC, Flow, Apex, APIs, reporting).
• Translate Salesforce concepts into actionable designs for non-technical stakeholders and developers.
• Represent Salesforce function in director-level forums and decisions.
• Drive initiatives independently and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Sales Ops, and other architects for cohesive delivery.
