Qualifications

• Sharp customer focus and problem framing using data and qualitative inputs.
• Compelling roadmaps: define features and timing to excite customers and engineers.
• Excellent product judgment balancing user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Build world-class products by collaborating with engineering and design; leverage AI.
• Understanding of AI systems and LLMs; informed product decisions with engineering.
• Technical fluency: engage with APIs, SaaS infra, low-code tooling, system architecture.
• Outcome-oriented leadership with ownership and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a significant product area or leading an important project.
• Deeply understand customer problems via research, data, and direct interactions; frame problems clearly for your team.
• Manage the roadmap: what to build, when, and why; communicate for alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to imagine, build, and ship solutions from bold visions to focused iterations.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency and accelerate product development.
• Evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures, in beta and post-release.
• Own and maintain quality of your product area to ensure world-class releases.
• Collaborate across the business to ensure clear GTM strategy and execution.
